i have been professionally diagnosed with dysthymia, which is just. slightly less severe depression but it's constant and longer. im also kind of paranoid abt the smallest things nd tend to vent them out here.

following the above, i do have constant self hatred and suicidal moods and i Will most likely vent it here. please do not RQ if you are uncomfortable with seeing talk of self harm or suicide. sometimes i tag it but its rare.
